Terms of Use - Purchase Terms

You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of any such credit card. You are responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state/provincial, local and city taxes. You are responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges. Taxes and shipping and handling charges will be included on your order invoice.

Terms of Use - Return Policy

TEAM strives for complete customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for a refund. We will refund your purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. Items returned for refund within 30 days must be new, unworn, unwashed and with tags. Defective or used merchandise will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the sole discretion of the company.

To receive your refund you must provide proof of purchase and contact Customer Service at cs@the-TEAM.net for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Refund will be given in a reasonable time after items are received.

Send your Returns to: TEAM HQ-CS, 4072 Market Place, Flint, MI 48507....Be sure to include information to identify your order like the order number or a copy of your invoice.

This refund policy does not apply to items that are personalized and approved by customers, such as business cards.

You agree not to resell any merchandise or services you purchase, unless you are a currently authorized affiliate. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any identification number, key or password that you are provided with ("Identifiers"). You agree to immediately notify TEAM of any unauthorized use of these Identifiers, or any other breach of security. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under these Identifiers.
